The new Tower leaderboard provides a useful benchmark forĀ Diablo 4 Gold comparing classes, and several familiar favorites remain near the top. However, there are also some exciting newcomers and surprising shifts that could reshape the endgame experience in Season 14.

Barbarian Remains a Top-Tier Contender

Barbarian continues to look incredibly strong heading into Season 14. The highest PTR Tower clear currently sits at Tier 137, achieved by the popular Call of the Ancients Summoner Barbarian build.

Many of the same mechanics that dominated Season 13 remain effective, including damage scaling strategies built around freezing enemies and maximizing damage during extended fights. New Mythic Unique upgrades have added extra power, but they haven't dramatically altered the overall Barbarian hierarchy.

Whirlwind builds also remain highly competitive, appearing frequently among the top leaderboard positions. While Summoner Barbarian appears to be the strongest option for pushing the highest content, Whirlwind remains a reliable and powerful alternative. Other builds, including Flame Charge variants, also continue to perform well, giving Barbarian players plenty of viable choices.

Necromancer's Minion Army Is Back

One of the most encouraging developments on the PTR is the resurgence of minion-focused Necromancer builds.

The class currently holds a top Tower clear of 120, with multiple leaderboard leaders running full Summoner setups centered around Golems and Army of the Dead. After Blood Wave dominated much of Season 13, many players were hoping forĀ d4 mats a fresh playstyle to emerge, and the PTR suggests that Blizzard may have succeeded.
